Year Up United is a tuition-free workforce development program that provides young adults ages 18-24 with the technical and professional skills needed to launch careers in corporate America. Through a combination of in-person and virtual training, participants choose from four career pathways — Business, Customer Experience, Information Technology, and Software Development — and gain hands-on experience through real-world internships with leading corporate partners. The program also provides mentorship, career coaching, job placement support, and access to a nationwide alumni network.
