America On Tech is an award-winning, tuition-free technology talent accelerator dedicated to creating pathways into technology careers for young people ages 16-24 from underestimated communities. Founded in 2014, AOT provides no-cost tech education, mentorship, stipends, and career support through a multi-layered program continuum that spans from high school through early career. AOT’s curriculum is culturally relevant, project-based, and industry-aligned, covering areas including web development, artificial intelligence, UX design, data science, cybersecurity, digital marketing, and product management.
